Communication Training for leaders, managers and teams. Dan joined our morning networking meeting and brought his A-game! We learned not only how to spot other peoples communication styles so we can learn how to more effectively communicate with them, but we also learn who we are as communicators. There are four communication styles, Dominance (D): People with a dominant style are often results-oriented, assertive, and direct. (I): Those with an influence style are outgoing, enthusiastic, and people-oriented. They value relationships and are skilled at motivating others. Steadiness (S): Steadiness types are calm, patient, and supportive. They value harmony and cooperation and are known for their ability to listen and understand others. Conscientiousness (C): Conscientious individuals are detail-oriented, analytical, and precise. They value accuracy and quality and may communicate in a thorough and methodical manner.
